H3 Consulting Partners LLC ("H3 Consulting", "we", "our") provides IT strategy, vCIO, cloud, and support services to small and mid-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or engage our services.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers under contract (e.g., hosting, email) bound to confidentiality; (b) parties involved in a business transfer; and (c) when required by law. Any subcontractors engaged for client work are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with our agreements.
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a small consulting firm. No security method is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your information.
Contact form submissions and correspondence are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for ongoing engagements, legal obligations, or record-keeping. Client project data is retained per contract.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the H3 Consulting Partners LLC ("H3 Consulting Partners") website and any services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are supplemental to, and do not replace, any signed written agreement between H3 Consulting Partners and a client.
We provide IT strategy, virtual CIO (vCIO), cloud, data and AI enablement, support, and custom development services to small and mid-sized businesses. Scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for client engagements are defined in proposals, statements of work, engagement summaries, or a master services agreement (MSA).
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, proposal, engagement summary, or other written agreement between H3 Consulting Partners and a client, the signed written agreement controls for that client engagement.
H3 Consulting Partners provides business and technology advisory and implementation support services only. H3 Consulting Partners does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, insurance, investment, cybersecurity certification, or regulated compliance services. Clients remain responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals where required and for making final business, legal, financial, technical, operational, security, and compliance decisions.
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services and website content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any security, governance, risk, or compliance-related services are advisory in nature and do not constitute a security audit, penetration test, compliance certification, legal opinion, or guarantee against breach, outage, data loss, regulatory finding, or other security or compliance event. Clients remain responsible for their own systems, data, access controls, configurations, policies, backups, disaster recovery plans, and compliance obligations.
AI-enabled tools, models, automations, forecasts, dashboards, analytics outputs, and other decision-support materials may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or non-deterministic. Clients are responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and using any outputs before relying on them for business, financial, operational, legal, compliance, safety-related, or other important decisions. H3 Consulting Partners does not warrant that AI, analytics, or automation outputs will be error-free, compliant, or suitable for any particular use.
Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, H3 Consulting Partners does not provide 24/7 monitoring, emergency response, managed help desk services, security operations center services, ongoing system administration, or guaranteed response times.
Fees are as quoted and may be time-and-materials, fixed-fee, or retainer. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due net 15 days. Late balances may incur a service charge or pause of services.
Each party may have access to the other's confidential information. Both parties agree to use such information solely to perform under the agreement and to protect it from unauthorized disclosure. These obligations continue for three (3) years after disclosure, or longer where required by law or contract.
Pre-existing IP of each party remains that party's property. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables specifically created for a client are assigned or licensed per the applicable SOW or MSA. H3 Consulting Partners retains rights to reusable know-how, templates, and tools that do not reveal client confidential information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H3 Consulting Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the website, our services, advisory recommendations, AI or analytics outputs, security or compliance advice, or any third-party products or services. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to services is limited to the amounts paid for the applicable services in the six (6) months preceding the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
H3 Consulting Partners may recommend, configure, integrate, or advise on third-party platforms, software, cloud services, hosting providers, AI tools, vendors, or other external services. H3 Consulting Partners is not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing, licensing, security, performance, data practices, policy changes, outages, or errors. Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable third-party terms, licenses, costs, and obligations.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable SOW or MSA. Website access may be suspended or terminated at any time for misuse.
For website-related disputes not governed by a signed written agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Texas. For client service engagements, dispute resolution is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
